Our Stringent Measures to Ensure Data Quality

  • MOV is a qualified ESOMAR member
  • All projects will be overseen by experienced fieldwork managers.
  • All interviews will be conducted under the supervision of experienced fieldwork supervisors.
  • All interviews will be audio recorded (with respondent’s consent).
  • No less than 30% of the interviews will be quality checked by QC:
    – mystery on-site visit
    – listening to the audio records
    – telephone back check
  • All questionnaires will be checked and all data will be gone through a stringent logic clean procedure
  • All findings will be reviewed by Project Director
